Objectives
The objectives are to build and deploy internal web applications to streamline promotion setup and management at national scale (+700 stores), enabling smooth collaboration between head office and branches, supporting strategy definition and providing visibility on product performance across the network

We designed and developed two connected internal applications that digitize the end-to-end promotion lifecycle: configuration, validation, operational follow-up, and performance tracking through structured workflows, role-based access, and intuitive interfaces aligned with the client processes.
