The mobile application system, developed for Cambodia’s National Social Security Fund (NSSF), is a comprehensive digital solution designed to improve access to healthcare services for both patients and healthcare institutions. The platform enhances the patient experience by enabling users to easily locate hospitals with real-time queuing information, simplify registration under NSSF coverage, and securely manage their personal healthcare history.
